Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Growth Hacker to join our team. As a Growth Hacker at Sappy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. You will use a combination of marketing, product, and analytical techniques to identify and capitalise on opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • User Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract new users and customers through various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
  • Conversion Optimization: Analyse user behaviour and identify opportunities to optimise conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey.
  • Retention: Implement initiatives to increase user engagement and retention, including targeted email campaigns, in-app messaging, and referral programs.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse data to track key metrics and identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and prioritise growth initiatives and enhancements.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in growth marketing or a related role, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Creativity: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative growth strategies and campaigns.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other growth hacking tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Team Player: A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
