Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Manager, Brand Activation to lead our brand activation initiatives. As the Manager, Brand Activation at Sappy, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to elevate our brand presence, increase awareness, and drive engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand activation strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of brand activation campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and partnerships.
- Content Creation: Lead the development of engaging and compelling content and creative assets to support brand activation initiatives.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand reach and impact.
- Measurement and Analysis: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand activation efforts, and analyse data to drive insights and optimization.
- Budget Management: Manage the brand activation budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of brand activation specialists to execute campaigns and achieve objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and integration of brand activation efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, with a focus on brand activation and campaign management.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Creativity: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing innovative brand activation campaigns and initiatives.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into effective brand activation strategies and plans.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
